It's been a while since I've gone to an All Ontario Youth Convention.
I went with my son and David several years ago.
This year we asked our group if anyone wanted to go, and a few said they did. : )
It's held in Wilfred Laurier University, all the way in Waterloo, so on Friday we packed into three vehicles and trecked to Waterloo. We had to a FEW stops : )

Finally we arrived in Waterloo, but had to grab supper before heading to the campus to register.

Presleigh (right and not from our group, but some of us know her) just happened to meet her long lost cousin that she didn't know she even had. They got to talking, noticed they each had the same last name, and after some Ancestry.ca questions discovered they were related.

After worship there was a time to inform the small group leaders and small group helpers as to what to expect for the weekend.

During worship you are allowed to express yourself in many ways. One way was through art. Parisa availed herself of that medium several times during the worship times.

We also had several workshops during the afternoons of Saturday and Sunday.

Before we knew it it was Monday and we were headed back home again.
