Youth Group Christmas Party - Dec 2019

Every December also brings about our annual youth group Christmas Party.

It started by taking out two old couches  :)

Removed two and put in one donated recliner couch.

Then it was time to gather as a group

And find the answers to some interesting trivia questions from Scott.

A team effort.

Then small gifts were hidden around the basement and each group (they were divided into smaller groups) sent a person to find them.  Here's Corwin trying to find them.

The next game was a sort of smell test.

A Christmas smell test.
Different things like a pine tree branch, or vanilla or egg nog, etc.

A member of each team took a cup, takes a sniff, and then goes back to the larger group to write down what they think it is.

Trying to get an agreement as to what the various cups contain.

After that game, it was Christmas Carol Bingo! : )

The same thing happened this year as last year.
A song was stated and the group broke out into that carol.
Fun to listen to the spontaneity  : )

We ended with the mittens and Hershey's kisses : )

Brother against Brother.
Whoot.

Snack was our final element of the evening.
A great time and great memories.
